I'm back in town for two months and will be teaching two food workshops in the coming weeks. The second of these will be held Saturday, April 27 with a focus on how to make gluten-free/paleo soups, spreads, and sides.
Take home original recipes that are gluten-, grain-, egg-, dairy-, and soy-free. These recipes focus on whole foods and how to use ingredients like coconut oil, nuts, olives, garden-fresh vegetables, and herbs to make innovative and delicious healthy food.
The workshop is three hours long and held at the Colorado College Woman's Club, a retreat-like setting with a great view of the mountains. (Yes, men are welcome too!) The address is 20 Mesa Road, a small side street off of Cascade Ave, just a few blocks north of downtown Colorado Springs.
