Introduction
My name is Lorena Townsend and I have found myself suddenly becoming an activist to protect our air, water and land for future generations. To this end I have I become involved in the big issue of oil and gas drilling coming to our beautiful city.
Please take a moment to comment on your experience level with urban homesteading, and your areas of interest. Thank you!
This is something I have long thought about but done little to explore. I want to have less of a carbon footprint as well as to be more independent and not need to rely on others for what I consume and require. I think it is imperative that we learn to do many of these things as the very real threat of food and water shortages become apparent.
