Do you consider yourself a Microsoft developer?

You bet. I started software development right out of college in 1995. I've been focused on the Microsoft stack since then. I have been a web developer, a database developer, and a desktop developer. Today, as a developer evangelist I get to speak to developers (like you!) help to show and inspire them with the next generation of software about to be released.

Do you consider yourself a Web developer?

Yes. That is where I started.

Do you consider yourself a Database developer?

Yes. A good data model is key to success.

Do you consider yourself a Desktop developer?

Yes. Most of my career is building desktop applications.

Do you consider yourself a Mobile developer?

Yes. From Phone to Tablets, mobile development is the future.

My name is Jerry Nixon. I am Microsoft's Developer Evangelist in Colorado.
