Opportunity for editor experienced with conforming, syncing, and editing multicam projects. I would like to build a relationship with someone in the Denver area on a project to project basis. I currently have an event DVD project for the Arvada Choral Company's summer concert that originates on three formats: HDV 60i(Sony HC7/BeachtekDXA2T), AVCCAM 60i(Panasonic HMC 150), and H264.mov 30p(Nikon D600). I have a Mac formatted hard drive available with the original format sources transferred to it or the original sources if needed.
The sources need to be synced up with the HDV audio waveform which was professionally mixed down on the fly, but will still need to be normalized and locked. I've already captured the HDV as .mov. Minor color correction to white/black/gain balance may be needed but the camera balances already look pretty close as is, so if the intercutting looks okay then there's no need to correct.
This project is due to deliver on September 9th. Deliverables are 33 printed & labeled DVDs in sleeves authored with a simple menu template theme with chapters for each performance act, and the project files organized for archiving and reconforming if additional edits or duplications are requested. The total budget for this project is $600 flat rate to the editor upon delivery, approval, and submission. I've provided my services as a favor on this project because I have been a past member and worked with The Arvada Chorale on other projects, so there is a potential for future projects, edits, and duplications. Interested candidates please contact me to discuss questions, qualifications, and workflow at your earliest convenience.
