Have you been trying to incorporate more plant-based meals into your diet? Do you struggle with maintaining a plant-based diet at school or work or finding vegan meals at restaurants? Over the course of the two sessions you will gain skills to cook and eat a balanced and interesting plant-based diet (including meal plan suggestions!) and you will develop strategies for maintaining your plant-based diet at work or school and out in the world.
