Are you an athlete (or athlete-wannabe) and new to a plant-based diet? This introductory sports nutrition workshop is designed to explain the nutrition needs for athletes and how those needs can be met on a plant-based diet. Throughout the 90-minute workshop there will be a cooking demo (food samples!) of recipes supportive of the principles you will learn to train better on plants!
