Colorado Springs, you are in for a treat! Michael Suchman, vegan lifestyle coach and educator and one half of the Vegan Mos, will be visiting from NYC and he's joining JL to put on a cooking demo that many of you have requested: "How do I cook vegan for omnivores?"
Michael's partner Ethan went vegan first so Michael knows what it's like to be the omnivore. JL went vegan before her husband shifted toward plant-based. She understands the frustration! They bring real world experience to the class (and Michael is an exceptional cook!).
Join Michael and JL for a fun, FREE class where they will offer tips on how to navigate "multivore" households and will each demo their favorite vegan dish that wows their non-vegan friends and family.
Michael Suchman is a recovering lawyer. After practicing in the field of Corporate Litigation for 12 years, he was tired of representing corporations over the interests of individuals. Since stopping practicing, he has come to recognize that the law needs to work more on helping all individuals, regardless of species. Michael lives in New York City with his husband Ethan and their three vegan dogs: Phoebe, Riley and Charlie.
When not running the show at Chelsea Foot and Ankle, Michael can be found either in the kitchen trying out new recipes, watching Dr. Who, or taking photos the old fashioned way, with an actual 35mm camera. You can check out his photography at michaelsuchman.com. He and Ethan are proud to be Amicus Partners with Lambda Legal and Barnyard Benefactors for Our Hen House. Michael is A certified Vegan Life Coach and Educator and a proud graduate of Victoria Moran's Main Street Vegan Academy.
