Colorado Springs Vegan & Vegetarian Group Message Board › More Vegan Cheeses to check out....
Found this list of vegan cheeses in Vegetarian Times. They say vegan so I'm assuming they are all casein free.
I don't know that they can be found in the stores but they listed their websites.
Cheezly (cheddar with faux bacon style)

I'm most curious about this one:
Sheese (Imported from Scotland. Strong Cheddar and Blue Cheese style cheese, etc.)

Teese (They recommend Mozzarella - sliced with baquette bread, tomato and pesto. It's soy based)
veganstore.com - http://www.veganstore.com/index.html?stocknumber=692%20%20%20%20%20%20%20CHEDDAR
Follow Your Heart Vegan Gourmet (Among the creamiest....so they say)
followyourheart.com - http://www.followyourheart.com/product-family.php?id=2
Galaxy Foods (Block style cheddar got mixed reviews cold. Heated it apparently becomes creamy and delicious)

Colorado Springs, CO
One more cheese to add that looks great but it is expensive. Looks like more gourmet fancy cheeses. Example aged cashew nut cheese. Check it out.
Follow Your Heart Gourmet was rated number one cheese substitute by VegNews magazine. It's the only cheese we have in our house. We like Monterey Jack better then the chedder.
If anyone has tried the cheeses listed let us know what you think of them.

Check out my review of the Daiya cheese under that message thread. GREAT STUFF.
