I am really enjoying Rich Roll's Podcasts, especially while I'm on a long run. They are free to download off of iTunes. His interview #15 with Tim VanOrden (Running Raw) is fascinating and motivating. He talks about training, how to enjoy your workouts, food/nutrition, protein, B12, Vitamin D, antibiotics, etc. Tim VanOrden has done a lot of research, knows his stuff and makes lots of good points. Although long, you'll enjoy this interview.
This interview with James 'Lightning' Wilks, vegan UFC fighter, is GREAT! You can download it to your iPod or watch the video interview here on YouTube. They talk about nutrition, being a vegan athlete, the paleo diet, protein, B12, calcium/iron absorption, people trying to "debunk" the vegan lifestyle, the China Study, no oil/low fat vs. some fat, searching for the truth, best foods to eat after a workout, soy, being a vegan male and masculinity, etc. He's extremely well spoken and knowledgeable.

I'm lovin' these plant strong athletes and these Rich Roll podcasts. They are great to listen to while working out (making the time fly by) - running, biking, walking, at the gym, hiking. Or, if you prefer, you can listen to them while cooking in the kitchen or have it playing in the background while you're working at the computer! You'll be motivated and more informed.
