We all know his daughter Chelsea Clinton is vegan and now looks like she is being a good influence on her dad.

From the article: On a mission to keep off the weight he lost this summer for daughter Chelsea's wedding, President Bill Clinton is experimenting with a low-cholesterol, vegetarian diet. (low cholesterol is another word for vegan-plant based as the majority of cholesterol is from animal foods).

Watch the first video in this article as it is the one that talks about his current diet.

This is a pretty good write-up on Dr. Sanjay Gupta's Blog (8-25-2011). It's unfortunate that so many Dr.'s receive so little education in nutrition (there is a stat out there that says something like less than 8% of Dr.'s receive any "formal" education). There really needs to be more focus on "preventative medicine". Hopefully with more and more documentaries and interviews such as this one, it will help bring awareness to the benefits of a plant based lifestyle. I'm glad they re-scheduled, looking forward to seeing it.

Now posted online to watch:

This was really good! Hard to believe people think a plant based lifestyle is "radical". Is major, life threatening, surgery what you'd rather have? What's more "radical"?
