Transform Your Life With Mantra Meditation!

What is meditation? Meditation is simply “not doing”. It is being. It is learning how to simply be present and listen to the divine messages and the silence in between thoughts. It is a practice which will bring you into the present moment, where all the power and solutions are – and powerfully connect you to the field of all awareness, and give you access to the matrix of all creative intelligence. Whether you're new to meditation, or a veteran, mantra meditation can change your life.
In this one evening class, learn how to meditate effortlessly and easily, using powerful mantras for:
o Transcending constant mind activity
o Connecting with pure awareness
o Accessing the unified field in between thoughts
o Transcending the denser fields of reality to connect with the subtler fields
o Achieving enlightenment through reaching stillpoint/silence
o Manifesting deeply therapeutic healing for the body
Join me, James Galusha, for an evening that will change your life forever. With over twenty seven years experience meditating and twenty years teaching meditation, I've put together a "hands on" class in mantra meditation that facilitates great clarity, spontaneous learning, and creates a powerful foundation for effortless mastery. Come and learn mantras in Sanskrit and English, as well as the precise way to use them; that will give you the tools and techniques to recreate your life starting the day you begin practicing mantra meditation. Reducing stress; achieving clarity of thought; increasing creativity and personal productivity; improving relationships; manifesting optimum health; and expanding your consciousness on every level are only a few of the multi-dimensional benefits of practicing this ancient, effortless technique which absolutely anyone can master.

Hello fellow Vegans!

I'm James Galusha, and am a new assistant organizer. I just got off the phone with C.J. and I had invited him to join a group of spiritual people I'm putting together for a fun day this Saturday at Water World. He suggested I post it on the meetup group, and I thought "Of Course!" Yes!

Water World is the biggest water park in America. It's out at
We'll be meeting at 9:30 on the steps in front of the main gates. I'll have a sign which says "Vegan Meetup" and "Meditation Meetup". Please be punctual so we can get everyone together and get inside by 10:00 a.m. when the park opens. Discount coupons are available at King Soopers for $5 off admission. These tickets also will allow us to go straight into the park without having to wait in the ticket line. This will give us a head start so we can go straight to some of the best rides before any lines form! Go to www.waterworldcolorado.com to check out the park map, list of attractions and more! It's so much fun!

Please RSVP if you plan to join us. Hope to see you there!

Growing your own sprouts and microgreens!

Join master grower James Galusha for an afternoon of learning how to grow your own superfoods for pennies! Learn how to grow a wide range of sprouts – alfalfa, cabbage, radish, clover, fenugreek, broccoli and more! Grow your own healthy, thriving bean sprouts in prolific amounts for next to nothing too! Mung beans, adzuki beans and so much more can be grown to produce healthy, leafy sprouts that are far more versatile than the bean sprouts available in health food stores. Come learn with James, a sprouting expert who has been growing his own sprouts of every kind for over fifteen years. Also, learn how to grow trays of your own antioxidant rich, immune boosting, protein rich microgreens! Pea greens, sunflower greens, flax greens, wheat grass and more can be easily grown in trays using James’ methods. Learn how to grow all of these sprouts and microgreens year-round for literally pennies, not dollars! This class is open to the public, so if you have friends or associates who may be interested in becoming a self sufficient micro farmer, please let them know!

Date: Saturday, August 8th, 2009

And there will be an ms powerpoint presentation that will be emailed to every student who attends the class, so they can have detailed photos and text giving them every piece of information and reference material they need to grow their own spouts and micro greens successfully forever, for pennies! Also, there will be live trays of barley grass, flax greens, sunflower greens, lentil greens; and jars of adzuki bean sprouts, cabbage, clover, alfalfa, radish and fenugreek sprouts, and broccoli sprouts in the classroom and will be giving hands-on demos for every step of the process for both the sprouting and micro green growing. This is Eric's Event from the Vegan Outdoor & Adventure Group

Come view all the cities fireworks from the top of Green Mountain

The William F Hayden Open Space Park on top of Green Mountain offers excellent views of fireworks displays all throughout the Denver Metro Area.

We'll meet at the Florida Parking Lot at 7:30 and start up the trail at 7:45pm. Sunset will be at 8:30 and fireworks should start going off by 9:00pm.

Bring a headlamp for the trip back, we'll have an almost full moon but the light will be handy just in case.

Bring a chair or something to sit on. Thermaloungers are great.

It will get cool after sunset so a jacket, blanket, etc will be handy during the fireworks shows.

A map of the open space park can be found at http://www.lakewood.org/comres/repository/Documents/Parks/GMtrails_map.pdf

The Google Image of the parking lot can be found at http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=39.690153,-105.151767&spn=0.002708,0.005686&t=h&z=18&iwloc=lyrftr:w2t.97,0x876b83b8c4a149f5:0xa1e536972a53183a,39.690309,-105.151412
