My thoughts:

1. Might as well make it 2pm, if people can't arrive until later they can specify in the meetup discussion and arrange with other people to play games later in the day.
2. I don't think the event really needs an end time other than the closing time of the store, once people are there and want to play they can play all day.  I guess the ending time is useful for letting people know that if they show up after (for example) 6 pm, there may not be anyone left for gaming.  But again this should be worked out in the meetup discussion - someone can post "I can't make it until after 6" and then other people can chime in if they will still be there for games.

Sorry I missed the last one, I really wanted to be there with some new games and also to spread the word about the 2R1B meetup on July 26th...

I've some questions that I would love your answers to:

Concerning the Wegman's game day meetups:
1. What is your preference: 2p or 2:30p?
2. If the meetup was scheduled for longer than 4 hours would you stay longer? Not opt to attend? Come for just the portion you can?

Would love your replies!
