Happy Hour at Howl at the Moon

So I "won" a Happy Hour at Howl at the Moon, a dueling piano bar in Baltimore. What it means for me and my guests is:
-Free admission (no cover)
-2 free drinks per person
-An "as long as it lasts" appetizer buffet thing

Sounds amazing, since I have been wanting to go there forever. All you have to do is say my name at the door to have no cover and get a wrist band for drinks or something.
Anyway, dueling piano bar, no cover, 2 free drinks and some munchies if you get there early enough. The evening is not over at 8pm but that's when all the perks end, so hopefully since it is Saturday, everyone can come out earlyish and hang out. I can have up to 100 guests. 100. So, feel free to invite everyone you have ever known.

There are no table reservations (unless you call ahead and pay for a table) so those are first come, first serve.  I'm thinking it will be pretty open at 5:30pm, so I have my fingers crossed on that.

Great turn out! Super lot of fun. People sang. People danced. People drank. It was amazingly super fun!

Oops, looks like I overnapped through the pre-8pm section. Probably will not make it to HatM tonight.

Christine, got your note about the Josh Ritter song. Glad you liked it. Lots of piano in it but I doubt tonight's dueling pianists are hipster enough to know the song, let alone spit out all those lyrics. Have fun.

Gonna have to pass, too. Something's come up. Shame, too. Looks fun and was looking forward to the other new folks.

Central Parking has a garage right on Market Place for those that hate street parking, which these days is almost impossible down there anyway. The website for Central Parking usually offers a few dollars discount as well via a printed coupon. Just an FYI for those not familiar with downtown.

Suggestion if you dislike parking in Baltimore--park at BWI or the station closest to you and take the light rail or subway both of which have stops close enough to the Power Plant. Alternately, you could park at the $4/day on weekends Franklin Street City Garage and take the Circulator to Power Plant or walk.

Brave? I worked in Baltimore City Hall, and trust me: THAT took bravery. This is more about laziness!
