I have had a little experience with meditation and mindfulness so right now I feel like I'm getting a refresher to start up. I'm looking forward to taking other small steps and growing into the experience each week. I hope next week more will be said and done in regard to emotion and the mindful meditation experience. This could be quite beneficial for me as an individual and a mental health practioner.
