ALL AGES & FITNESS LEVELS - FREE PROGRAM!
It doesn't matter how physically fit you are. It doesn't matter how old you are. This program is about getting you, your family, your friends, your neighbors--everyone you care about---up and moving. If you're ready to make the commitment to a 35 week program, "Boot Camp in The Park" is for you! We also encourage you to bring your children.
7:45am - Free registration on-site (Register by 7:55am)
7:55am - Orientation & Meet the trainer(s) 7:55am - Warm-up
8:00am - Exercise begins (modified to meet the needs of all fitness levels)
9:00am - Cool down and stretch
We recommend that you bring a towel and/or exercise mat and a water bottle. (recommended)
