    Toni planned far in advance for her dish, "Sprouted Moong Salad with Green Chutney." Beautifully presented with quite the gourmet touch, the salad recipe includes sprouted moong dal, cucumber, jalapeno, coconut, lemon, salt, cilantro, olive oil, mustard seed, cumin and garlic. The chutney held its own with a healthy blend of cilantro, mint, onion, chana dal, salt, jalapeno, coriander and tamarind.
