I love it when those with a dehydrator bring goodies to the potluck. Jane pulled out all the stops with Italian pizza! When she took the foil off this dish, the room filled with the aroma of garden goodness. (I hear that this dish is featured in her Abundant Raw Life cooking class.) A crust of buckwheat, carrots and flax seed form the foundation of the pie, topped with marinara with tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley and garlic. Cashews, macadamias, lemon juice and Bragg's combine to make creamy "cheese," nestled with toppings of mushrooms, onions, spinach and red pepper. Loved it!
