Bothwell Lodge State Hist Site and Arrow Rock State Hist Site

Bothwell Lodge is a quick stop we made on the way back from the Warsaw trip. This is a nice piece of Missouri history. We will start off with the tour of the Lodge, then walk the trail around the property. After that, we will head to Arrow Rock park for picnic lunch and site seeing and another trail walk. Below, i added the Mo State Parks links for these 2 locations.

It was a really nice day for hiking and sight seeing. We probably hiked around 4 miles. Bothwell Lodge is quite a place and we were given a great tour of the lodge. I really enjoyed the museum at Arrow Rock. We also had an interesting lunch at the Iron Horse restaurant in Blackwater.
