This month's club meeting will feature: CCC member Bart Baldwin presenting “IN THE EYE OF THE BEHOLDER” (seeing Photographs)

Our own Bart Baldwin will lead us in an exploration of how we perceive and photograph various images, giving them a style that is our personal mark.  If you have images of the fountain in the plaza in front of the Columbia museum of Art or of a parking meter, downsize them to 1500 pixels on the longest side and email them to [masked] for him to possibly use in his presentation.  This should be a lot of fun!

Helen... Welcome to the club! I'm glad you enjoyed it. We got off to kind of a rough start with the problems trying to get connected to the projector so it felt like I was a little disheveled on the first few slides, but in the end it seemed OK (not too many people fell asleep <grin>). Anyhow, glad you had a good time. We do have some really good folks in the club.

It was great! Very informative and relaxed-the presentation was very thought provoking and put together well. I was a little nervous walking in to a meeting where I didn't know anyone, and wasn't quite sure where to go. Thankfully I ran into the Boyers in the parking lot, and they very graciously showed me where to go and really made me feel welcomed (as did everyone I talked to!). Just a fantastic, knowledgeable group of people-thank you to all for making me feel so welcomed! It was a great experience and I'll definitely be joining up at the next meeting :-)
