Introduction To Mindful Meditation is a free class for people who want to learn to meditate but don’t know how to get started or have questions around the practice. The class will review what meditation actually is and share actual benefits, as well as discuss posture, breathing, different training ideas, and many other aspects, including a response to the often stated “I just can’t sit still”.
Everyone is welcome regardless of previous experience.
Columbus Meditation Meetup is a group that meets regularly to discuss and practice mindful meditation. We will discuss meditation styles and some meditation teachers, but our primary purpose will be to support each other in simple mindful (breathing) meditation.
