Learn to meditate

Introduction To Mindful Meditation is a free class for people who want to learn to meditate but don’t know how to get started or have questions around the practice. The class will review what meditation actually is and share actual benefits, as well as discuss posture, breathing, different training ideas, and many other aspects, including a response to the often stated “I just can’t sit still”.
Everyone is welcome regardless of previous experience.

    I really wanted to attend this first class but will be working a 12 he
    Schedule tomorrow, and am dog sitting for friend for a week. I didn't think I was on a long trip when I originally signed up. I drive for osu on a mobile health unit and we will be in Rutland that day. Hopefullyvi will be able to attendants next one because even if I have a long trip, I wouldn't have a dog to attend to.
