NOAH at Cinemark Gahanna!

Join us on Saturday, April 5th as we get together to see the big screen adaptation of the Biblical story of NOAH!  Lots of buzz, a good trailer, a strong cast, a great director, and an inspirational story should add up to an excellent movie!  A description, trailer and plan can be found below:

DESCRIPTION:  Academy Award winner Russell Crowe stars in the Biblical story of Noah, a man chosen by God for a great task before a flood destroys the world.  The film is directed by Darren Aronofsky (director of The Wrestler and Black Swan) and stars Russell Crowe, Anthony Hopkins, Emma Watson and Jennifer Connelly.

**UPDATED PLAN**:   We'll be seeing NOAH on Saturday, April 5 at the Cinemark Gahanna (regular weekend prices - adults: $7.25, children & seniors: $5.25). We'll meet in the main lobby between 5:30pm-5:45pm. We'll be seeing the **6:10PM SHOWING**. After the movie we'll gather at Max & Erma's (located nearby in the same plaza) for some food, drink & chat. Any questions, concerns or directions needed please leave a comment, email me or give me a call. Look forward to seeing you there!

An interesting depiction of the story of Noah. With a few hints of the creation of this world and events leading up to Noah's story, this movie is, in my opinion perfectly described by another member (Toni), a "biblically based sci-fi". I imagine whatever your beliefs you'll take away something (if anything) different from anyone else who've seen this movie. There's thoughts of good vs. evil, convictions of your beliefs, trust in a higher power, strength and love of family, knowing who and what kind of person you are....etc, etc. Story aside, there were also some amazing visuals and effects in the movie. It was another fun evening out with fellow CMG members and some great conversation afterwards at Max & Erma's. Thank you to all who came out and joined us.

Sorry I couldn't join you all @ Max & Ermas. I'm sure I missed some interesting conversation. My thoughts on the movie...Biblically based sci-fi? I imagine it will spark quite a few conversations about the Biblical account tho. See you all next time :)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
