Tired of achy shoulders after a long day carrying a pack? Finding it difficult to roll off your sleeping pad and hit the trail on cold mornings? Simple yoga stretches will help warm up your body, as well as prevent injury and soreness.
No previous yoga experience necessary! We will begin with a brief overview of the importance of stretching, followed by a 30 minute session of yoga you can do before and after hiking. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring water and a yoga mat or towel.
