SUP Yoga takes your practice out of the studio and onto the water! Basic paddling knowledge is a must before you can start busting a yoga move on these boards. This 1 hour class will cover the basics of paddling, including how to kneel/stand on the board, and how to efficiently move the paddle through the water. The second half of the class will then include a beginner friendly yoga sequence to get you familiar with practicing on a constantly moving platform.
Dress in quick dry clothing and footwear that can get wet. Bring snacks and water, as well as a towel and change of clothes…just in case!
