12/15 - Encore - Stunning new model Kyanne - Boudoir, Implieds, and Art nudes

Since Kyanne's first shoot filled in about 15 minutes after posting, I've added another December session. Don't worry if you miss out again, I will be adding one or two additional sessions early next year.

This session will also include tasteful art nudes.  Kyanne will pose in a variety of boudoir outfits, including a couple corset outfits, in addition to some artistic implied poses and art nudes. Here's a dropbox link from my test shoot to give you an idea of the images you'll take at this session;

Kyanne is on Model Mayhem model #[masked], here's a link to her MM page;

As with most of my sessions, we will be shooting with both the standard studio strobes as well as with just the modeling lights. Using the modeling lights allows you to shoot wide open for some more artistic looking images. You will need to bring a fast lens & a tripod. If you don't happen to have a fast lens, I have a couple (Nikon) fast primes that I would be happy to share.

Hope to see some of my current studio group friends as well as some new to the group at this session.

    Rob, typically a lens is considered "fast" if it has a maximum aperture of f/2.8 or more. Your 50mm f/1.8 is considered fast. Other fast lens in the Canon line-up have maximum apertures of f/2, f/1.4 and f/1.2. Lenses with apertures of f/1.2 are also very expensive but can capture images in candle light at low ISO's if necessary.

    Can someone clarify "fast lens".
    I have a canon 60D with the kit[masked]mm lense and a 50mm 1.8. Is the 50mm considered a fast lens since it is a prime lense or what makes something a fast lens?
