4/06 High School Senior Studio Session with Chelsea

I recently met with Chelsea to do a test shoot and was super impressed with her look and personality.  I think she will become a very popular model for our group and she's very excited about working with us!  I've included a few shots from my session with her below.

This is essentially an encore of our 03/26 session, but with more of a high school senior focus.  Stay tuned for the album of shots from that 03/26 session!

Chelsea will be bringing in a number of outfits typical of what a high school senior girl would bring to a studio session.  Chelsea is gorgeous so she will make an awesome addition to your portfolio if you're wanting to get into high school senior photography.

We will meet in the R&L Digital (side entrance of building) lobby area.  I plan on being there by 12:30 p.m. so if there is anyone new to shooting with the group or shooting in the studio, I can give you an overview of what to expect and the basics you need to know for the shoot.  If you are not new new to the group or have studio experience, please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for "housekeeping items" as we will promptly enter the studio and get started at 1:00 p.m. sharp so we can utilize every moment possible of our two hour studio time.

We will be working in Studio B for this shoot and will use studio strobes for all shots.

Also, please note that any updates, changes, or new information will be posted as comments here.  Thus, I recommend checking comments below before coming to the shoot.

I'm so excited that I've hooked us up at the last minute with a talented MUA for this shoot! Her name is Tamarah Kinkaid. Here's a link to her FB page where you can see samples of her work: https://www.facebook.com/UniqueBeautyByTamarah.

And the makeup will be done prior to the shoot with the exception of quick, minor touch-ups (just wanted to point that out since some shoots that some of us have been to lately have had makeup being done during what we expected to be all shooting time ;-).)

I'd also like to take a moment to inform those who are new to shooting with the group and remind our regulars that our models are to receive five retouched digital images from each photographer who shoots. This is the primary way that our models (and MUAs, stylists, etc.) are compensated for their time and talent in working with us. We typically provide these to the models via Dropbox. I’m glad to be of assistance if you don't know how to do this.

    Hi Tiffany.
For the next few weeks Sunday is my only day home... So I have to pass until I have a little more time on the weekend... I bet this will end up being a "series" Thanks, Bill

The timing is wrong for me too.
But it would be a fun one I'm sure!

Hi, Bill! We're doing an equivalent shoot this Sunday with the same mod and there's one slot left if you happen to be available. I'm also planning another for around late April, date & time TBA. :-)

Tiffany...I know this will be a great shoot and I would love to do it. Unfortunately, I will be on my way home from vacation and won't be back in town early enough to participate.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
