City Barbecue. I have made a gingery, sweet and spicy sauce once that was very good.
Thick. Traditional. However, I had a mustardy sauce at Walt's Barbecue in Cinci. It was the best thing that I tried there. Would like it from time to time.
I was intrigued by a show on Food TV documenting famous or favorite BBQ restaurants. I would like to continue to learn about regional barbecue differences.
