Movie Tavern at Mill Run to see Les Miserables

Lets go see a movie together and have a beer! Not sure our free passes will work with this new movie, adults are $7.50 and child $6.00, and the movie is rated PG13 with some sexual themes and violence. Even though this is a classic tale, i think the hollywood version isnt kid friendly, especially after reading the movie synopsis. So, Adults only please! Sorry this is late notice, but I hope some of you can join us! Hope to see you Thursday. -Laura Standfield

Thanks for joining us, April and Matt, Debbie, Vicki and Tom.
We are working on getting table tents with the Meetup logo so everyone can find us next time. Im so glad that we sat in front of you, Vicki, so that at least we could say HI!
Theater is very nice, large bar/restaurant area for meeting before a movie, lots of parking.
Beer selection was good, and the beer was icy cold and brought out very quickly. Extremely limited menu offerings for vegans. I amended the pita pocket with only veggies and a dark vinegerette dressing and substitiuted for sweet potato fries. We asked for more avacado pico to be included, of course i jumped at the chance for more avacodos! It always discourages me when they want to charge extra for added on stuff, BUT I TOOK OFF the expensive meat and cheese. UGH. Food was brought out with regular fries and covered in little cups of ranch dressing. They brought out the sweet potato fries in about 10 minutes and let us keep the reg fries.

The pitas were pretty good considering it is a movie theater, i was dissapointed that the "avacado pico" had NO avacado in it and all tomato. When we seated in the theater, the seats are all huge comfy office chairs and we ordered drinks and a large popcorn with no butter. The popcorn was delivered after about 15 minutes and it was covered in dripping oily "butter", the waiter appologized and immediately got us another one. All in all, I would go there to see a movie again and have a beer, but not eat dinner.

There is definitely food, and they have some vegan options! (simple ones, like hummus w/veggies and fries) Have a good time tomorrow, I'm sorry I can't be there for this one!

Looking to join you all with my friend Tom. Have never been to this Theatre - seldon to Hilliard for that matter - but will google map it. Is there food or just liquid libations?
