Thanks to everyone who made it out to our event at Portia’s Café last Sunday! A “full to capacity” first group followed but a “smaller but just as fun” second group made for a full afternoon of good food and great folks! I’ll be sure to pass along our thanks to Portia for hosting the group after hours! Pictures have been posted on the Vegetarian Group page for your viewing pleasure! As always, if you see anyone I missed, be sure to tag ‘em for me! You can check out the photos here: http://www.meetup.com...
No events are scheduled for February but our March event is on the calendar and already half-full! Join us on Saturday, March 15th as we visit the hottest new restaurant in Columbus – Melt! This Cleveland-based restaurant opened a Short North location in Columbus that has been absolutely packed since opening last November! Melt is a hip, trendy joint that specializes in deliciously huge sandwiches stacked high with a very veggie-friendly variety of toppings, including a veggie burger, crispy tofu, house-made seitan, tofu bacon and more! In addition to their variety of cheeses, Melt also offers vegan mozzarella and vegan cheddar! Prepayment of $11 is required to RSVP for this event ($10 of which will be applied to your meal on the day of the event). Because of seating limitations and the popularity of this new restaurant, RSVP limit is not more than 30 for this event. For complete details or to RSVP, click here: http://www.meetup.com...

Take care and look forward to seeing you soon,
I just wanted to clarify that the Yoga Mat to Placemat workshop at Nurture Yoga in Dublin is on Sunday, February 23 and not February 15 as listed. The cooking demo on February 15 at Dawes Arboretum is on, and in fact is almost sold out. Lots of interest in plant-based cooking. Thanks- Mark
Thanks for the clarification, Mark. Here is the event with the correct date on our calendar - From Yoga Mat to Placemat: Cook Well, Eat Well, Be Well
