Bollywood Dance party, Henna artist and Picnic in Regents Park
At our last picnic, we had a taste and sampled of Bangra dance, look at this YouTube link, this is a clip at our last picnic.
Regents Park is a really beautiful park to visit at
this time of the year and there are some great areas to relax and have a picnic.
We have a Henna artist to do hand designs.
We will meet outside Regent's Park station at 2:20pm and leave for the Park at 2.30pm
I'll bring the music to dance in the park and you may like to bring bats and balls for some games. Bring some snacks /drinks and a bit extra to share.
If the weather change during the day, than the meetup may be moved to a pub near by.
What to bring:
- Your contribution to the picnic :
Surprise us with some nice food! Try to get
something that is popular or comes from your country of origin. It does not
have to be home-made, just easy to share.
IMPORTANT NOTE :If you have any serious
food allergies, make sure your own food is safe for you so you don't go hungry!
- some drinks would be good too.
- Napkins/plastic cutlery/paper plates are useful
- something handy to sit on in the park -
blanket would be useful, you may want to bring your own mats/sheets to sit on.
- you can bring a game that is popular in your
country and you would like to teach others to play it.
What happens if it's raining?
IF THE WEATHER FORECAST PREDICTS HEAVY
RAIN, I WILL
LET YOU KNOW IN ADVANCE AND MOVE THE PICNIC DATE.
