Top comedy film of all time?

I was worried that I'd have to narrow it down to just one, but, per the character ticker, looks like I can list a few! Sweet. Tommy Boy, Billy Madison, The Princess Bride (wife made me add that one), Austin Powers, Anchorman, Shawn of the Dead, Bridesmaids, Wedding Crashers, Van Wilder, Old School, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Mean Girls, Office Space, The Hangover, Hot Fuzz, Superbad, Knocked Up, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Monty Python's the Life of Brian, Harold and Kumar, and American Pie.

My wife and I are big fans of the Arlington Cinema & Drafthouse as a venue for seeing films and enjoying some decent food. We're also big comedy fans. I'm copywriter/editor in a marketing/communications division of a consulting firm in Fairfax.
