Attention Commercial Tenant:
It is about time someone steps up to look out for the Small Business owner. Times are tough and the economy has taken its toll on many small businesses. Most of us have been forced to cut costs everywhere possible in an attempt to stay in business and ride out the storm.
The purpose of this group is to create a conduit for educating commercial Tenants and bringing them together in an effort to give them the power to negotiate more equitable commercial lease terms.
If you are a Commercial Tenant and feel that you are paying too much rent or were not properly represented during lease negotiations, please contact me and arrange to attend one of our meetngs.
