Do you desire to have a regular spiritual practice, but feel lost about what to do or how to start? Or are spiritual practices already a part of your life, and you are seeking to deepen into you spirituality? This Community Meditation group offers practitioners, at all phases of the journey, an opportunity to explore different forms of meditation and prayer, rooted in diverse traditions - and offers an opportunity to practice in community. The idea is to be curious explorers, with the intention of discovering which practices come easy or are most enjoyable, which are the most challenging and which might be a good fit for beginning to develop, or further developing, personal spiritual practices. A few examples include breathing meditation, contemplative prayer, visualization, chakra exploration and chanting.
