Are you interested in integrating computers or technology into your after school program? Are you unsure what your options are and where to start?
Join CTN and learn about several successful programs using technology and find out what they do and how they do it. Meet the MOUSE Squad and hear about how their programs provide needed technology assistance to schools and gives Information Technology professionals the opportunity to use their technology skills to contribute to their local schools and communities. We will also learn about the Sunset Neighborhood Beacon Center programs and how they dramatically improve the educational outcomes and life prospects for the most underserved and chronically underperforming elementary, middle and high school students in the community. And Streetside Stories, who uses the power of storytelling to cultivate young people’s voices, fostering educational equity and building community, literacy and arts skills.
