Compassionate Heart Meditation is a weekly 30 minute meditation over the lunch hour that focuses on loving acceptance of self, others, and the world. It is a way of "ending the war" with our experience, and finding our true relationship with ourselves, the people in our lives, and the world we live in. Join us from 12:15 to 12:45 every week for this revitalizing and centering experience. It takes place in the offices of LifePath, 1620 S. Lawe St., Appleton, Wisconsin. Voluntary donations are accepted that will be given to an organization devoted to peace. This meditation is also used in the workshop Living the Deepest Truth You Know to help people live more joyfully and peacefully as their true self.
