[Note: This is not a CAH event. The Greater Boston Humanists host this event every year and the Concord Area Humanists are invited.]

SAVE THE DATE: The 16th Annual Humanist Picnic/Barbecue is planned for Saturday, August 16, 2014. All NE Humanists are invited. Rain date: Sunday, August 17, 2014 (same time).

We invite all Greater Boston Humanists, Atheists, Free-Thinkers, Non-Theists, Cranks, etc., etc. (for this purpose, Greater Boston extends to the Berkshires!) to our annual summer picnic! What: Buffet and Barbecue, followed by a brief talk to be announced. Your Responsibility: Bring a hearty appetite and contribution to the food. Call Joe Gerstein at[masked] 5093. and indicate whether you would like to bring an appetizer, salad, dessert or drink. Beer and some soft drinks will be provided as will a variety of grilled meat entrees, plus vegetarian and vegan entrees.

Various types of game equipment will also be available!

Transportation: We will try to arrange a ride if you don't have access to a car. We can do a pickup at Riverside MBTA Station. Driving, the nearest GPS location is actually 138 Rice Road; to follow GPS coordinate is at corner of Rice Rd and Curling Lane, which runs directly to Hayfield Lane which unfortunately is not on GPS.

Parking: Parking is limited. Please leave spaces close to the Condo for the elderly or infirm. The able-bodied, please drop off any passengers and stuff, then park in the Curling Club Parking Lot adjacent.

Weather: We have been "blessed" by benign weather for 15 years. In case of inclemency, we will make a decision by 10 AM Saturday as to whether to proceed or postpone until Sunday. There is adequate internal space (basement has been finished), so the picnic will most likely take place on Saturday in any case if there is heavy rain on Saturday and a prediction of rain on the Sunday. Call for a weather update if in doubt, at[masked] 5093.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
