Come and join me as I discuss and demonstrate basic exercises to increase your core strength and stability! Core exercises help to increase balance and decrease occurance of low back pain, creating the foundation of any exercise routine.
I will be showing you Pilates-based exercises using only an exercise ball and mat.
Feel free to bring your own mat and/or ball so that I can help you correctly master the moves!
If a lot of people sign up we may have to move the location to accommodate.
