Mobile Citizens and the Connect Chicago Metrics Program

In this meeting, we'll see a presentation of Mobile Citizen from Michelle Warner and review new plans for gathering and showing metrics for each Connect Chicago location.

In this meeting Michelle Warner of Mobile Citizen will talk about her experience in working with broadband adoption programs across the country, with a focus on the "high-touch" required to make the projects a success. She'll discuss her experience consulting and partnering with some of the most successful digital literacy and adoption programs across the country, both BTOP and independent, and facilitate a discussion on how you can incorporate some of those best practices into your own programs.

A few of the broadband adoption programs Michelle has been involved with include OneCommunity’s Connect Your Community, Philadelphia’s KeySpots, Minneapolis-St. Paul’s PC’s for People, Boston’s Tech Goes Home, and initiatives at public school districts including the Chicago and Portland Public School systems.

We'll also cover plans to collect and show metrics at all locations.
