AGM / dinner at Geebung Polo Club and General session

Our 2013 AGM will be held on Tuesday, 19th March at 8 pm at the Geebung Polo Club, 85 Auburn Rd, Hawthorn East (upstairs function room) ... very close to the Auburn train station.
We'll have a prior social get-together (food / drinks) at 6:30 pm at the same location (table has been reserved).
Please RSVP, so that we have an idea of numbers (for dinner and for the AGM) so that the reservations can be adjusted accordingly.

Preferably, bring a laptop and a project you are working on. There is also a number of group projects that you are welcome to join in.
We have starter kits for Arduino, a couple of 3D printers, various tools and equipment available for use.

hi Jamie, not sure at the moment. There isn't a duty member yet (probably most will be at the AGM). It is possible for the space to be opened at 6 pm, but we'll need to get organized via the main CCHS email list ... if people want to use the space and not attend the AGM.
