Marlborough Couch to 5K - Fall Edition

Get off the couch and join us at the Marlborough Couch to 5K on the Assabet River Rail Trail.
- FREE 10-week program to get you from the couch to running a 5K (3.1 miles).
- Anyone from the community can participate. Led by experienced runners.
- Mondays through Thursdays 6pm-6:45pm; Sundays 8am-8:45am.
- 45 minute time commitment (3 days a week).
- Nutrition nights for learning how to snack and replenish your body after a run.
- Goal of jogging and finishing a 5K on Thanksgiving at the Stow Gobbler 5K.

Join us! This past Spring we had 110 participants and last Fall we had 90 participants. You'll have a great time!

Please park in the Assabet River Rail Trail municipal parking lot next to 72 Jefferson Street, Marlborough.

    I've been steadily working on getting my knee back in order.. Treadmill running has worked out two days in a row.. Yippee!!! Should be back in order for outdoor running by Sunday.. Can't wait to see all of you again!
