We have 2 groups:
Walking Group will exercise and encourage one another towards walking a 5K.
Jogging Group has a goal of jogging a 5K.
The program gradually moves you from walking at your own pace to jogging at your own pace.
FREE 10-week program to get you from the couch to running a 5K (3.1 miles).
• Anyone from the community can participate. • Led by experienced runners.
• Mondays through Thursdays 6pm-6:45pm, Sundays 8am-8:45am.
• 45 minute time commitment (3 days a week. You pick the 3 days.)
• Nutrition nights for learning how to snack and replenish your body after a run
• Goal of jogging and finishing a 5K in June
Encourage those you love to get “off the couch” and join you in the great sport of running. Come have some fun! Bring a water bottle and join the group.
