July Connections For Women- An EXPERIENCE of Byron Katie's The Work!

The Work is a simple yet powerful process of inquiry that teaches you to identify and question the thoughts that cause all the suffering in the world. It’s a way to understand what’s hurting you, and to address the cause of your problems with clarity.

"I discovered that when I believed my thoughts, I suffered, but that when I didn't believe them, I didn't suffer, and that this is true for every human being. Freedom is as simple as that. I found that suffering is optional. I found a joy within me that has never disappeared, not for a single moment. That joy is in everyone, always."Byron Katie

Olympia's own Jehrin Alexandria brings so much to her work!  We are so blessed to have her join us and lead us through this powerful process!

Jehrin Alexandria is a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie.
She has been practicing The Work since 2005. She has a private practice where she facilitates others in The Work and runs workshops.
She has facilitated and worked for The School for The Work, a 10 day immersion into Inquiry as well as is currently staff at Turnaround House; a 28 day program for The Work located in Ojai, CA. Jehrin also teaches ballet at The Evergreen State College and courses in Developmental Movement Therapy. She is director and owner of Northwest Dance Intensive a 3 week long summer dance intensive.
