February Connections For Women- A Financial Panel worth it's weight in gold!

Our February Program Features:    A Fantastic Financial Panel!!!!!

This amazing duo of local financial powerhouses will bring together both their experiences and passion for the financial arena for your benefit on Tuesday February 19th, 2013.  Join us as Cynthia Gibbs and Kim Adney address ways to get your finances in order, avoid common mistakes and to prepare for both 2013 and beyond.  They will share suggestions and answer questions on how you can proactively position yourself and your business for today as well as long term.

Here is a bit more information on our panel members:

Cynthia Gibbs
Cynthia W. Gibbs, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Public Accountant and Certified Professional Guardian, began her career in 1981. She now owns and operates her firm, C. Whiting Gibbs, CFE, CPA, PS from a base in Olympia, Washington.  She is a member of the Association of Certified
Fraud Examiners, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Cynthia is also an international cat show judge and travels around the world judging cat shows and training foreign judges.

Kim Adney
Kim offers more than 20 years experience in hands on, real world, business & tax accounting in the Olympia, Washington area.  Her long career as a staff accountant in the Certified Public Accounting industry has led to a variety of experience working with professional service businesses, retail stores, wholesale industries; partnerships, corporations, and non-profits.  She has been an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service since 1993 and keeps up to date with the most current tax laws. Kim manages bookkeeping and payrolls for small businesses, including all tax filing requirements.  She provides tax resolution negotiations with the IRS and State agencies with Offers in Compromise. As a Quickbooks ProAdvisor, Kim provides training to other professionals on how to use Quickbooks. Her firm is called AccountSource and is in Tumwater.
