We offer you a unique opportunity to explore yourself through your body in a new way. You can become more fluid, grounded, aware and fit through our special dance movement sessions. You can either join us for ongoing group classes, individual sessions, or to participate in our performance group!
This ongoing class will support your expansion, movement, and consciousness through a variety of meditation techniques including OSHO Active Meditations, breath sessions, bioenergetics, and numerous dance processes set to all music genres. Release tension, open up your body, connect with others and have juicy fun dancing and surprising yourself with new ways of moving. Find out what is available to you when you dance beyond techniques and ideas of what dance should look like. Instead, move from your core, accessing an expansive meditative awareness. Let your breath guide your movement, and let the force of your full energy take you over.
