Dear friends, this meeting will be in two parts.
We start with silent meditation which will include some guidance in the tradition of non-duality about the nature of Consciousness and how we take our stand as this witnessing consciousness of our thoughts, feelings and perceptions, how to welcome them and how to let them dissolve back into the awareness of love and consciousness from which they arise.
Some non-duality yoga exercises will be introduced which will include breathing exercises and subtle body awareness.
Those exercises are light, easy to follow by all age groups and body conditions. No special fitness abilities are required.
Chairs, yoga mats, and Yoga cushions are available.
The second part is a questions & answers session about non-duality, the nature of our experience, the underlying reality of mind and matter and how to overcome obstacles both at the mind level and at the feeling level, on the path to experiencing this reality.
