Welcome to Conscious Evolution, for those who seek to awaken to their full potential

What is a spiritual experience? What is reincarnation? What is death? What is life? what is silence? What is God? Etc...

These are some of the deepest questions humans have asked since the beginning of time and the understanding of these questions reveals something deeper, an essence that cannot be captured by words. And when something is completely and actually understood, the mind becomes silent.

“When the mind is silent, there is vast space, only then that which is nameless comes into being”

The only rule is that there are many ways to understand these beautiful questions. Please be compassionate and patient with those that have a different way. Kindness is the highest form of intelligence.

Meditation is an age old practice that helps you change how you perceive life, and therefore addresses stress at its root. As that stress dissolves, you start to experience a deep sense of peace, and you become more effective in all areas of your life.

Michelle has been offering guided meditation and coaching transformation sessions for the last 10 years, helping and empowering her clients to tap into their inner strength, which allows them to overcome obstacles. Michelle specializes in guiding individuals towards holistic healing and enabling positive life changes.

Michelle is also a certified Usui Reiki Master teacher, a certified Yoga teacher, a certified Detoxification Specialist and a certified Transformational coach from the Coaching Therapist Institute. She is also familiar with Shadow work, Mirror work, IFS, journaling and inner child healing.

In addition to this, Michelle is also a DFS Healer, Herbal Alchemist, content creator and writer.

She will guide us into presence and self-discovery through guided meditation and there will be time for conversation as well after that.
