Discuss David Limbaugh's new book - The Great Destroyer

This book is excellent and should give us a lot to discuss! Sorry I am a bit off schedule.

There was not really any discussion of Limbaugh's book, which surprised me since I thought that was the intended topic. No matter.

The book is a useful addition to the conservative/libertarian cause. I realized from the conversations that there is nothing in the book about the attack on the courts and legal system, even though Limbaugh is a lawyer. Have to rely on Mark Levin's books for that.

We were missing a few people especially Christina, who I think facilitates the discussion well, so that was unfortunate.

I am so glad you all made it! I am really sorry that I couldn't make it. I have been sick for a few days, but hopefully will be on the mend soon! Please let me know how it went!

@Ellie, don't worry. There's about 8 over here in Arlington

Hi everyone! I totally screwed up and mixed up Ireland's Four Fields in DC and Ireland's Four Courts in Arlington! I've been waiting at Four Fields (which is closed actually) wondering where everyone was and why we picked a bar that was closed, haha. I don't have time to make it out to Arlington and then back to Union Station in time for me to catch my train tonight. Sorry about any confusion that my confusion caused! I hope the discussion goes well and I'm bummed I missed it!

Thanks Mary! I will do that! Ellie graciously stepped up to help out tomorrow.

    Christina:
If you make reservations by phone and tell them you have a book discussion group with about 10 people or so, they will reserve a quiet back area for you. I've done it before.
    Best Mary

I think I will be there around 6:00 at the latest. I am going to try and get a room in the back away from where the music will be starting at 9:00. Last time, we left Cozi and went over there and it wasn't too loud at all.

Good stuff! Well, I'll get there around 6:30 and I'll see everyone whenever you guys can make it :)

Stayed up super late last night reading the book! I should be able to Ireland's Four Courts earlier, as well.

Earlier works fine for me too.

I can be there earlier for sure. I usually go early to get a table. Anyone else?

Excellent book choice! Any chance we could start a bit earlier? Like at 6:30 or so? I need to leave at 8 to catch a train.
