Are you are a singer, actor, dancer, musician, writer, producer, artist or otherwise involved in any way with the performing/visual arts? Are you fiscally/socially conservative? Do you feel that the Left has monopolized your industry? Are you tired of reading the Drudge Report with your laptop screen hidden? Is your tongue sore from biting it as you listen to your lefty colleagues bash everything you believe in? If so, then you belong in our meetup!

Our meetup will serve 3 purposes:

1. Bringing actors, singers, dancers, musicians, writers, artists, designers and anyone else who works in the arts together in a venue that will allow us to vent, strategize and share our experiences working/performing in fields dominated by the Left. As the group grows and as the election approaches, we may channel our angst into non-arts related activism as well.

2. Providing ample opportunity to network with others in the arts: professional opportunities, gigs, auditions, "I heard that so and so needs a professional ___", the possibilities are endless. Bring your business cards to every event!

3. Providing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere to shamelessly promote your upcoming performance, exhibition, book, etc. Bring any promotional material with you and make other conservatives your new fans (and friends!).

It's high time the Big Apple has a united, conservative, artistic voice. If you can't "come out" to your colleagues, this is the group for you. We may start out small but I can't wait to see what everybody brings to the table.
