This workshop will help you experience the world in new ways. We use all of our senses in ways we mostly have just picked up throughout our lives. We will spend the morning looking at how our senses really work, their limits and potential, and learning to see, hear, smell, and touch our world in new and richer ways. You will learn a variety of skills and exercises that you can use to explore and develop your perception for the rest of your life. These practices are taken from western science, eastern meditative traditions, nature based peoples, and nature observers around the world. If you are willing to invest some time in working with these, your relationship with nature and the world will be changed forever. Come ready to play and learn.
