To get away from the negative influences of modern society and just relax. Science is proving that people who make time to do this are happier and healthier. Isn't that what we all want? While I'd like to improve my fitness level, this is not my goal in joining this group. For now, would enjoy easy hikes with emphasis on enjoying the scenery and company of like-minded people.
