I've never had a chance to enjoy the Hoyt arboretum and it sounds like a lovely place for a contemplative hike. I have a symphony meetup event Sunday 22, but if your planning on the Sunday the 29th it would be fine. Otherwise I would request Saturday for the hike. I'm interested to know roughly how many miles will be expected for the hikes, I'm just breaking in as I've posted before.

This sounds wonderful. I will hope to be able to make it when time is decided.
This next weekend is booked for me on both days. I should mention here that there is an Art Walk on Mt.Tabor both days from 10-5. This might even be a great place to hike and view the artwork. I find the mountain to be a very magical and spiritual place to be. And art only adds to that mix I believe.
